Day 1 Buenos Aires
Arrival at the airport and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, we make a panoramic tour of the city. We start in Plaza de Mayo, scenario of the most important events of the country since 1810. From there, we are able to learn some aspects of the current situation of the country, while we appreciate the surrounding buildings. We continue to the neighborhood of La Boca to walk along the famous Caminito Street and its colorful conventillos. Our last stop is to enjoy the aristocratic part of the city where we can admire La Recoleta Cemetery. Back to the hotel.
This evening, you’ll attend a dinner show, where you’ll enjoy the magnetism of the tango. Meals: dinner
Day 2 Buenos Aires
Day at leisure to explore Buenos Aires in your own way. Ask us about or numerous optional tours in Buenos Aires, i.e.: Fiesta Gaucho Estancia tour, Colon Theatre, or Tigre & River Delta boat tour, to name a few! Meals: breakfast
Day 3 Buenos Aires / Ushuaia
At the appropriate time, transfer to the airport to board your flight to Ushuaia. Arrival and reception at the airport and transfer to your hotel.
In the afternoon, enjoy a boat trip through the Beagle Channel, gaining an excellent panoramic view of the city surrounded by mountains. During the trip we appreciate De los Pájaros and De los Lobos islands, a settlement for these animals. It is a unique opportunity to appreciate, at the same time, sea lions of one hair and two hairs, to understand their differences, and finally reach the Lighthouse of Les Eclaireurs, from where the return to the city begins If you travel in the penguin season (October to March), it is possible to sail to Martillo Island (optional), to observe these curious birds. Meals: breakfast
Day 4 Ushuaia
Departure from the hotel heading west to Tierra del Fuego National Park, framed with excellent panoramic views of the Beagle Channel. A journey through beaver dams leads to Lapataia River and Verde Lagoon and then continue along the final stretch of National Route Nº3, which finally ends at Lapataia Bay. From here, the return to Ushuaia begins, making a stop on the way to admire the Lake Acigami (former Lake Roca), which is characterized by the color of the water changing due to the weather. After the tour, we return to the hotel.
In the afternoon, you have the option (fees apply) to explore the lake area and experience the adrenaline that a 4X4 excursion offers you through areas with little accessibility. During the tour, we visit Lake Escondido and Lake Fagnano. Moreover, if we are lucky, we have the chance to observe the beavers while enjoying a snack in the middle of an unexplored landscape. Meals: breakfast
Day 5 Ushuaia / El Calafate
Today transfer to the airport to board your flight to El Calafate. Upon arrival, reception and transfer to your hotel.
You have this afternoon at leisure to tour the town on your own or maybe visit the Glaciarium (fees apply), a museum devoted to Glaciarium, that helps us to understand the magnificence of the glaciers that we are able to appreciate during our trip. Meals: breakfast
Day 6 El Calafate
Departure from the hotel towards Perito Moreno Glacier, located in Los Glaciares National Park. During the tour, a walk along the paths located in front of the glacier, allow us to admire this impressive natural wonder from different viewpoints. This tour can be accompanied by a one-hour boat trip, the Nautical Safari, which allows us to enjoy a different view of the front wall of the glacier from the water level.
Thanks to its breathtaking beauty, Los G454554laciares National Park has been declared a Natural Heritage Site by UNESCO. Free time for lunch (not included). In the afternoon, return to the hotel. Meals: breakfast
Day 7 El Calafate
Day at leisure to take optional tours. We suggest a boat trip through the Lake Argentino, to discover some glaciers that belong to the National Park. Meals: breakfast
Day 8 El Calafate / Buenos Aires
Time at leisure to explore the town of El Calafate until the transfer picks us up to take us to the airport. Meet and greet at Buenos Aires airport and transfer to the hotel. Meals: breakfast
Day 9 Buenos Aires
At the appropriate time, transfer to the airport. Meals: breakfast
